Dear TNC, Honolulu;

It’s our pleasure to turn over the new TNC
Staff Office Palmyra for use in 2008!  This
was the first of several projects tackled
on the Atoll since my arrival just after
Thanksgiving. The following pictures are
provided for your away viewing. The
winter rotation staff 07/08 hope you enjoy
the use of this new space!
Sincerely

The new office was designed to include 4 tower computer work stations
wired to a 4-port router station. Cat 5 was run to the main system network.
Since Palmyra is 1000 miles away from Hawaii, all supplies had to be
found on Palmyra. Creativity was key to the success of the project mixing
available supplies to the intent of use. Designs "were on the fly" evolving
with decisions made regarding how to best to complete the work with
available resources. The only failure was the paint for the concrete floor.
